Find Her Size
One measurement is usually all you need.
Widest part, just behind her front legs. Across her fur, snug, one finger of room.

Where her collar sits. We only use it to check the dress will go over her head.
That neck is bigger than the chest, so we have left it out. Check the tape and try again.
Use this as a starting point, then measure her chest to confirm.
How to measure
Start With Her Chest
Measure over her natural coat. Keep the tape snug without flattening the fur.

Stand naturally
All four paws down, relaxed and standing normally.

Wrap behind her front legs
Measure around the widest part of her chest, over the fur.

Snug, one finger underneath
Do not cinch the tape. That chest number is the one to use.
Back and neck are secondary checks, not the starting point.

Three Things Worth Knowing

Chest beats weight
Dogs with the same weight can have completely different builds. Size from her chest.

Do not size up for her back
Fluffit dresses intentionally finish above the tail. A longer back does not mean she needs a bigger chest.

Fluff changes fit
Measure over her coat. Between sizes, go up. Fairydew pulls on overhead and may need extra room.
