Getting the perfect fit starts with the right measurements. Use a soft measuring tape (or string and a ruler) while your pet is standing on all fours. No slouching — posture matters, diva. When in doubt, go by chest. That’s the key to making sure everything fits and flatters.
Measure around the widest part of the chest, right behind the front legs.
Measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail.
Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would naturally sit.
Go by the chest. If they’re in between, sizing up usually gives a more flattering, comfortable fit. Especially for fluffier bodies or in-between builds.
