Sizing

How do I find her size?

Measure around the widest part of her chest, just behind the front legs. That one number does most of the work. Use Size & Fit to get her recommendation.

What sizes do you make?

Fluffit styles range from XXS to 6XL. Not every dress runs through every size, so check the size range on the product page.

She is between two sizes. Which should I choose?

Choose the larger one. A little room sits and moves better, especially on fluffier bodies.

Does a thick coat change the fit?

It can. Measure over her coat, not underneath it. If she has a dense double coat or lands between sizes, lean larger.

Does back length decide the size?

No. Size from the chest. Our dresses are designed to sit above the tail, so her body may measure longer than the dress without needing a larger size.

Does Fairydew fit differently?

Yes. Fairydew pulls on over the head and front legs instead of buttoning. For a thick coat, broad head, or full ruff, take one size up.

What size does my breed usually wear?

Breed is a useful starting point, but chest measurement is more accurate. Our Size & Fit guide includes 70+ breed references. Measure her chest whenever possible.

Do you make dresses for big dogs?

Yes. Selected styles run through 6XL, fitting chest girths up to 37 in (94 cm). Shop 3XL–6XL.

Her weight and chest point to different sizes. Which wins?

The chest. Weight varies too much by build to be the main sizing measurement.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Not at the moment. Our largest size fits a chest up to 37 in (94 cm). If she falls outside the range, email info@thefluffit.com. Knowing who we are not fitting yet helps us decide what to make next.

Shipping

How much is US shipping?

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) is $6.95 for most orders. Priority (USPS Priority Mail) is $12.95. Standard shipping is free on US orders $100+. Heavier orders are priced at checkout. Full details in our shipping policy.

When will my order arrive?

We pack every order within 2 to 3 business days. From the day you order, Standard arrives in 4 to 8 business days and Priority in 4 to 6. You will receive tracking by email when it ships.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Live USPS and DHL Express rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Is there a big day coming up?

Order at least 3 weeks ahead, or choose Priority, so there is time for a size swap if she needs one.

Returns & size exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. See the full returns policy.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Email info@thefluffit.com with your order number and we will help with the exchange. If you are unsure before ordering, send us her chest measurement first.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email info@thefluffit.com as soon as possible with your order number. If it has not shipped, we can usually help.

Can I pay in installments?

Eligible orders can use Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

Do bigger sizes cost more?

No. One price at every size.
