Changed your mind, or the fit is not quite right? No stress. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece. Email info@thefluffit.com with your order number and we will take care of the rest.
One thing to know up front: you cover the postage to send an item back to us. We will always tell you the cheapest way to do it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and quality assurance, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.
1. Email info@thefluffit.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions, including the cheapest way to post it back.
3. Post the item back to us. Return postage is paid by you. Keep your tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
You pay return postage. The original shipping charge is not refunded. The price of the item is refunded in full.
